Domestic Work Trips

The ministry of maintaining the facilities and serving the guests entrusted to us by the Lord is ongoing.  The opportunities for making a significant difference in the quality of our service and our facilities are tremendous.

Volunteer help makes a significant difference to the Word of Life operations.  When you come, we feed you good, sleep you good, treat you good and work you good!  The fellowship and spiritual benefits are life changing!!

Dates & Rates

We have a variety of projects available throughout the year. Ideal times for groups are in the spring and fall. The spring is a critical time for us to prepare the Word of Life properties and facilities for the 20,000 plus guests that will attend our camps during the summer.

        

Spring Months (April - June) - Key Focus for Camp Opening
Fall Months (September - October) - Key Focus for Camp Closings

Projects are available from January through December. Call for details.

We can accommodate individuals to groups of 50 or more in size. We can also accommodate some projects and groups outside of the months noted above. Call us to work out the details for you or your group.

We also have opportunities for full-time volunteers at some of the Word of Life properties during the summer months. These are great opportunities for teachers and retirees. We also have a great need for registered nurses to work at the camp properties during the summer camp season. Word of Life will pay for the NY certification for RN's that are willing to help in this area. Call us for information and details.
