| International Health Care Trips |
The Program:
Our purpose is to use Free Health Care Clinics to meet the physical and spiritual needs of people around the world. At each location we will hold clinics providing healthcare and needed medicines. The clinics follow an evangelistic meeting presenting the Gospel via testimonies, music and ministering through the Word of God.
Professionals and Pharmaceuticals Needed:
We need Medical Doctors, PA's, Nurse Practicioners, RNs, LPNs, Dentists, Dental Assistants, Optometrists, Chiropractors and non medical support staff. We also need donations of prescription and non-prescription medications, salves, ointment, bandages, and other medical supplies. Children's and adult vitamins, aspirin and ibuprofen are needed in large quantities. Call us for a list of suggested medications for each country. Ministry minded, non-medical people are also needed to assist with patient rapport, music, adult and children ministry and personal evangelism.
Highlights and Sightseeing:
Highlights include sharing your expertise with national medical professionals, treating the physical ailments of people, evangelism and opportunities for life changing experiences for not only the trip participants but the patients we care for and minister to. Each trip will include time for shopping and sightseeing. You'll visit beautiful parks and ancient cathedrals, shop open markets, and travel through streets surrounded by architecture unique to each country. These short term mission trips are life-changing experiences that will enhance your spritual growth by exposing you to under developed areas of the world and help you realize how blessed we truly are.
Using medicine as a means for ministry . . . watch this five minute
promotional video from our 2009 Honduras Health Care trip to get an idea
of what happens at a Nehemiah Network Health Care Clinic. The free
clinics are a draw to get people out by the thousands so we can minister
to their physical and spiritual needs.
